Again this blog update is going to be riddled with various photo jobs! It’s so hard to keep up on updates as they happen but I WILL say I am loving the variety!! So much to update you on so let’s get to it! -cpp
First up we did some photos for the lovely Jennifer Kinal of Fresh Look Event Management! She was on BT (Breakfast Television) in January as part of their Wedding Week feature with various respected vendors featuring what they do!
We were hired by the lovely Kinal to photograph a whole lotta pretty! Many vendors contributed to this work of art- including Laurels on Whyte for their flower arrangements, Style Cakes for the macaroons and lovely cakes, Decor from Special Event Rentals and Bridal gowns from Delica Bridal! One thing Ms. Kinal knows is that you are only as good as your team and I love that she trusts us and our vision to capture hers! The months of January and February was filled with a destination wedding to Jamaica (as you can see at the bottom of this blog) and with more showhome photography! Our amazing friends at Streetside Developments / Qualico hired us to photograph 3 of their properties! Their work is oustanding and I love getting the opportunity to photograph their work!
And speaking of photographing beautiful homes we were ELATED to be informed that both Look Master Builder and Tristate Homes made finalists with two properties for Home Builders Awards that I shot! YAY!
(The news came on the heels of finding out that one of the stores we shot for our friends at Morguard Bonnie Doon Leasing had one of their stores make finalists too for their awards so I was feeling quite excited for everyone!)
It was their first year entering for Tristate and Look Master Builder always does amazing work! So happy to be part of the magic with these two builders. Amongst all of this excitement we got some work done 😉 We had more headshot requests with Gary and Serge from Remax Elite -Team Leading Edge coming in for new photos for marketing and Nelson also came in to get updated shots for IMortgage Solutions. Nelson wrote right away how awesome of an experience it was and even bought more images because he couldnt choose just 4! 🙂 I just love that I can make people happy- nothing better than that!
And finally to wrap up this blog we had an old client of ours (we shot her wedding a couple of years ago) come back to us requesting some family photos! Nikki is now a mommy blogger and is about to do some great things! She has gotten such great feedback of the photos (that are being used for her blog and marketing) that she is tentatively booked to come back again in a week to get MORE done (some with her mom for a generations portrait with Piper!) So all in all…. 2014 is shaping to be a bang up year *knock on wood* and I am ever so thankful!
