We got the opportunity to shoot formals at Morinville’s Volunteer Fire Department! A HUGE thank you to Sean who came in on his off time to help our wedding party get some unique pictures! Not only did we get to use their fire trucks as backdrops for the photos but Sean even suggested we turn on the water hose- which we were very excited to do! The people of Morinville and Cardiff AB are fantastic and so accomodating!!! The bride and groom were SO pleased! Many thanks to all who helped- the fire dept, the museum, and the kids who run the ice cream stop!

A wonderful bunch of people to work with!

I had the pleasure of photographing Kristina and Danny’s wedding on July 3rd! The Ceremony and Reception was held at the Mayfield Inn and it was fabulous. There is a fun little Italy vs. Portugal rivalry as Danny is Portuguese and Kristina is half Portuguese and half Italian. This made for a fun night filled with National Flags and lots of drinking! I am a bit partial to the Portuguese side as I am half Portuguese but one thing these two countries have in common are wonderful and passionate people who like to have fun!

By FAR the most fun at a wedding!

I forgot to report about a wonderful marathon photoshoot I set up about two weekends ago! Thank you to the people who passed by for children photos, headshots and maternity! It was fun having you all here on what ended up being the hottest weekend in April (highs in mid twenties I believe!) I hope to schedule another shoot in mid fall after wedding season winds down! Here are a few quick glimpses!
